	FFU(Fan Filter Units) are terminal air filter and air supply units with built-in fans and primary as well as HEPA filters. The fans running, sucking in air, the air streams filtered by primary and HEPA filters, then clean air blew out at speed of 0.45m/s±20%. FFU are modular units, installed in clean rooms, clean benches, clean work lines, modular clean rooms and partial Class 100 sites.

	Provide high quality clean air for different clean room and microenvironments
